Raphael, the POD driver was very helpful and accommodating, breath of fresh air! He called to let me know he was on his way to deliver my load, when he was 2 hrs away. At that point, I communicated with him it would be a much more straight shot from the Main Street to the building address of my apartment in the complex. He took down the address, appreciated it and didn’t complain! He showed up with a smile on his face and a good attitude! Thank you Rafael! This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a moving company. My biggest issue was the lack of consistent communication. I spoke with multiple representatives throughout the process, and I received different information almost every time. I was told when my payment would be withdrawn, but no one explained that the payment would actually be taken weeks before I was even able to begin loading my container. The PODS delivery guy called but rushed me to make an instant decision which way the PODS door should face. It ended up with a wrong direction not good for packing purposes due to slope of the driveway. For the day scheduled to pickup the PODS, the driver never made a phone ahead of time. He showed up at 8:50 am with the window given was 9:00-12:00. Since I wasn't quite ready yet, I told him to do the next first and come back later that day. Well, that didn't happen.
