James our delivery driver was so helpful, I was very nervous about my driveway not being optimal or even fully accessible for the pod. He got out to calmly plan and strategize with me to make my experience as smooth as possible. I would 100 percent recommend pods and 1,000% recommend James, I would use this service again and absolutely recommend to others due to his help alone.
The customer service agents are completely useless! I am never going to be doing business with this company anymore. I have just been getting the run around and the wait time to speak to an agent takes literally over 2 hours, that's ridiculous!! But when I needed a quote I would get a response within seconds. My pods were just delivered. James was my driver and he did an amazing job placing the pods in my driveway. He was friendly and very courteous. He explained the process to me so I felt reassured about my cross country move. James is a great representative of the PODS company. I hope the delivery in AZ goes as smoothly!
