Worst company I have ever dealt with. Everything that could have gone wrong did. It's not worth my time to even write it all up.
Alexis was great to work with to sort out the permit for the container to be in a city street parking spot in SF. And then drop off and pickup were both seamless - awesome service all around.
Excellent communication, all staff was very pleasant and helpful . The pods are great quality and can fit a lot.
PODS provided excellent professional and friendly drivers.
Eric made my PODs experience easy and seamless. My driveway is narrow and it wasn’t easy placing the POD there. However, he is clever and easy to work with. With a few manuevers, he was able to place it and pick it up the next day! Friendly, professional, I would use PODs again. Thank you Eric!!!
