Jabrail was on top of it. Called me before I got to the facility to make sure he had everything set up for me, offered to help in any way he could and was the most pleasant experience I’ve had so far at pods.
I'm writing this review specifically in appreciation of the POD driver Eric Mazariegos. He was punctual when he dropped off my POD. He also stayed back to ensure I could open the shutter, which happened to be jammed due to my stuff leaning on it on the inside. He exerted himself considerably, and even tilted the POD until the stuff got dislodged, and we could open the shutter. I think he went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and I'd like to commend him for his stellar customer service!
