Customer service is hot garbage, they required us to put a credit card down to secure a quote and then tried to charge us a cancellation fee the SAME DAY when we decided to go elsewhere.
Pickup was scheduled quickly, within two days. Also appreciate the man who did pick up the pod; there were some heavy blocks alongside the Pod that needed moving, and he helped me. Really appreciated that.
Eric Mazariegos was awesome. Very friendly and so kind. Took great care of our Pod and things!
Eric couldn't have been more helpful or more knowledgeable and he has a great personality to boot. Delighted!
