There is not a rating low enough for my experience with this particular facility. They literally mixed up my container with someone elses. If I didn't have an AirTag in it then I would have been SOL, truly. I was more informed about where it was at and recovering it then PODS was. Unbelievable!
Eric Mazariegos, was great, he delivered and picked up the pods in a timely manner, professional, and kind. He is the best!
