They do not adhere to schedules they initially set with you. They only deliver and pickup on certain days of the week. You get to talk to individuals who does not speak good english so it makes it extremely hard to accomplish things. They had a problem with machinery and delivery to my house was delayed 7 days. Then I emptied my pod day after delivery and now have to wait 39 days to get it picked up out of my driveway. So I am stuck with it sitting in my way.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - They will charge your random amounts, refuse to tell you what it is for, refuse to give you a printout of your charges, refuse to give you any form of statement, will hang up on you the second you try to question them and they even hung up on a representative from my bank trying to confirm fraudulent activity or not.
Door was jammed at time of delivery. Items shifted to block door from reopening. And only delivery option they had was scheduled three weeks after our move in day. So we had nothing at move in day. Paid over 5k for a 8X8 from Seattle to Jasper, TX
Filed a claim with PODS after home goods delivery. No customer service after multiple emails. Cannot recommend. UPDATE: I was finally responded to after about 3-4 months. They didn’t cover the full replacement although the item damaged was truly Brand New, but with my salvaging of parts the issued coverage should cover most of the replacement cost
