Everything was good for the first few months, but once I tried to end my contract, it became a complete hassle. Customer service told me they couldn’t modify or fix anything in their system, which was frustrating. Their system kept trying to charge the card I had on file, and I eventually had to file a dispute to stop it. At that point, I owed around $106.
