The worst experience I’ve ever had. Scheduled to be picked up on July 14th. Didn’t show up. Now scheduled to be picked up a week later. Good thing I stayed up all night to make sure it would be ready for the 14th. I’m going to be in my new home without my stuff for over two weeks. My landlord is pissed that I’m still in Boise and the POD is taking up the driveway. I asked for compensation…they offered me a $100 future credit. Didn’t arrive when scheduled and we really needed it. Time kept being pushed back by days and moved all over the place. And you can’t get ahold of them. Foreign call center. Just not a good experience whatsoever.
As a truck driver, I had a very disappointing experience with PODS. After I completed my delivery, I expected to receive another load, but none was offered. Communication was poor, and I felt that my time was not respected. I was not allowed to enter the yard and could only speak with a forklift operator. Avoid. It’s been the worst experience over two months. Every contact is painful, language barriers, 30-45 minute phone calls, limited online scheduling, broken schedules, changed prices and charged $1690 more than contract. And today they postpone our final pickup three days. Find another company
Update: We’ve investigated ourselves and found no fault on our side. Basically showed no proof and case closed. Never made any, ANY, amend to say— hey, let’s meet in between (or something to that affect) because we value you as a customer and want to see you again. Just a money grabbing company in the skin of any real customer service. No record keeping, only hearsay and apparently they are always right.
