BEWARE! I wouldn't give any starts if I could, but I have to. I ordered a POD online for moving to my house, then to my next house. I chose a local move (under 50 miles) because my house was 13 miles from my new house I was moving to. They failed to tell me that the 50 miles starts from their warehouse. I didn't get to choose where my pod came from and the delivery to my old address was almost 50 miles. Had a great experience with PODs rental. Delivery was quick and pick up was even faster. We were able to manage our account on line and when we had questions that needed help, we had no issues getting a live person (even on a Sunday night) who was very helpful. I have recommended to other people needing short term storage while doing a home improvement project or other kind of needs.
Robert was great during the pick up of my POD. Very informative of what the next steps would be. He was quick but very gentile with the POD.
