Absolutely horrible company and the insurance for your items is a complete joke. They'll destroy your goods and have their cut rate insurance company refuse to cover the damages. Do yourself a favor and have someone reputable with good insurance move your goods, not these hacks.

I had mixed feelings and more of anxiety on the day of my pods delivery as It was my first time using pods to move. I got a call from my driver Robert .M, stating the ETA and asked for my preference on delivery. Robert arrived as scheduled and was polite, friendly with smiles yet professional. Delivery was very smooth and he provided answers to my concerns. I would use pods again. Thank you Robert M. You are great at what you do.

I will never use this company again! I only needed the pod for a month! However, I wasn’t able to schedule a pick up for delivery to my new address. I called customer service and they weren’t able to schedule for me either which I was told my situation was going to the resolution team. I had to call back to follow up because no one reached back out.
