For long term storage, DON'T USE unless you get it in writing!!! I was told after the first month payment, I could then have the balance of the long term billed all at once so I could simply pay off. Only they lied! You can't. You will be billed to your credit card monthly and incur any extra fees your card may apply. Worse.....then you can't get the price quoted if you cancel early. I'm so tired of all the bait and switches with businesses these days. Where is the integrity?

Never, ever again. I would rather give everything away then to have to go through the hell they put us through. It started out as a short term box rental any my residence and then turned into a longer term storage at their facility. Everything with the original drop off and then pick up was fine, we got a quote for the final delivery and all went well. For 2 1/2 years we were billed and auto-payed with no issues, then we were ready for delivery to our new house, this is when it became the worst imaginable experience. Called ... read more

The greatest idea! Underwent a rebuild project in our home which required all of our furniture to be moved out. PODs also gave us information on movers in the area to assist with the loading and unloading of the POD. Seamless! Cleverly placed and removed. Will use again if needed!
