Update: This company is STILL trying to charge me money due to an "error" they won't explain... They won't let me delete my credit card from their system. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst experience of my life. If you are considering using PODS, don't, honestly save yourself the trouble and hire movers or use another company. One hour before scheduled (5PM-7PM) delivery on Friday, June 5th we got a call from Julius telling us that "the truck" (do they have one truck?) broke down and the pod would not be coming. Julius said they could reschedule for Tuesday?? I asked for a manager. Julius answered simply "no", you can call customer service. That was repeated multiple times while we tried to get a resolution. Mark, the Pods delivery driver brought 2 units. He was professional, courteous and careful, ensuring the delivery areas were free of overhead wires and that cars could still access most of the driveways.
