Every driver that I dealt with was very professional and kind! Every experience with PODS was seamless. Would use again in a heartbeat.
Customer service was ok. However, the driver (Calvin) was exceptional. Polite and efficient. He made the process so much more enjoyable. We need more Calvin’s in the world.
