Jeanielle Navarro is 5 star customer service! I wouldn’t have went with PODS 4 times without her. The drivers who delivered and picked up our POD in HI & CA were outstanding, kind, thoughtful and respectful.

Ordering and reserving a POD was a smooth process. Sara Messenger walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was in order. She gave me her work email and phone number in case I had any questions or issues. It was a pleasure working with her. The day before delivery, I got an email providing the time window for delivery. On delivery day, the driver (Francis Rulloda) called me a told me about what time he would arrive. He came on time and placed the POD where I wanted it.
