First time using PODS + we had a fantastic experience today thanks to Eric Gettlemon. Our driveway has a bit of a slope + he maneuvered that POD into place like he was docking the space shuttle. :) Eric was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to explain how everything works + answer our questions. The placement was absolutely perfect. Really appreciated both his skill and patience. So far, PODS has been wonderful!

Terrible experience on several fronts. Was told over the phone that a 16 foot pod was 'suitable for a 3 bedroom home'. It is not. Our 3-bedroom home filled 2 of the 16 foots packed tightly, making the move cost twice what I was quoted, and we still had to leave our dining room chairs behind. I was told over the phone and on the website that access to the stored pod was easy and required just 24 hours notice.
