Over all, experience was good. Unfortunately, I ordered 2 PODs but one was delayed on pick up because the driver might have called out of work. Which caused me stay an additional day at my previous residence. PODs tried to make it right and gave me a $50 credit. Other than that, everything else went as well as it could have.
Our experience with PODS has been fantastic so far. We wish we had used them when we made our previous move. The pickup driver today, Joel, was quick and friendly. He took time to ask me if my experience was good 👍. Customer service has been excellent. We highly recommend PODS!!!
Kendall was amazing and put the pod exactly where we wanted it. He made it to where we could still use our garage even with our tiny driveway. We really appreciate his work!
This is our first time using PODs and so far it has been the easiest move we have ever done and we have moved at least 10 times. The friendly and efficient customer service, ongoing and reliable communication, ease of scheduling, and professionalism of our delivery and pick up drivers Joel Valerio and David Duffy has made using PODs a great decision. Our driver Joel from this location was very professional and accurate when operating the PODS pick-up/drop-off machine. We are very content with the service we received at all stops and would highly recommend moving out of your home with a PODS container to others.
