Had them drop off a Pod and pick it up the next day, Nathaniel was the driver who showed up. I really appreciated his willingness to work with a tricky situation and his recommendations on handling it. The load side of the move was finished thanks to him. Thanks Nathaniel!

Cancelled my POD rental and am still receiving charges! Do not rent from this company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their customer service is not local and do not care that the contract was cancelled since they cannot seem to be able to locate the cancellation. This is a disreputable company. Use the LOCAL moving companies that have a vested interest in their reputation in the community.
