Messed everything up on moving date and can’t even get anything right. Shipping date was so off that I didn’t have a bed for days. How pathetic!!! I rather use a Uhal next time and do it myself!!
Awful experience. Customer service is not at all on the same page and will mess up anytime you reschedule. They are forcing me to extend my rental time by saying my delivery date is no longer available, when I had already made the request beforehand. Very unprofessional, rude customer service would not help me figure anything else out and was extremely dismissive, saying “It is a big company, I don’t know who you spoke to before but they aren't me and I don't know them."
Pathetic excuse for a company. They overcharged me by NINETEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and the amount of time I had to spend on the phone with people who didn't know how to do their job was unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend them on my worst enemy. Awful company, horrible customer service, DISGUSTING. Their so called customer service representatives are a joke and will mock you and laugh at you for your situation. They don't care about their customers at all.
*UPDATE: from 1 > 3 stars I was still cancelled on the morning of scheduled delivery, but after contacting their customer advocacy department (via email in comments) I surprisingly got a response 1 hour later. Someone named Marissa gave me a call and had told me they were able to get me rescheduled for tomorrow. They are also looking into adding an additional discount to help cover the money I spent on moving help today.
