Katie was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable at her job. Easy delivery of the pod, I hope she comes for our removal too!
katie was the PODs driver that picked up my unit. she was so knowledgeable and personable. the whole process was so interesting to watch and having such a great lady to explain it all? PODs was the perfect, simple moving solution!
katie was fantastic! she delivered the POD almost to the minute when she alerted me she would be here. as a CDL driver myself, i was able to easily identify how skilled she was in maneuvering the POD. she took the time to answer all my questions even though im sure she had a busy day. i recommend POD but i HIGHLY recommend KATIE! good for pods to have such a great front line worker!
Overall a really good experience. Katie, one of the drivers who picked up pod, was very nice and informative when she was here. Sheldon, the other driver for second pod, was also very informative and kept me updated on arrival time.
