I genuinely don’t know where to begin because every single interaction with PODS somehow managed to be worse than the one before it. We used PODS for a cross-country move, and not one step of the process went according to plan. Not the drop-off. Not the pickup. If there was an opportunity for something to go wrong, PODS found it and exceeded expectations. We used a POD for the first time to move recently and it was very smooth. The team was very responsive delivering then storing our POD for a few months then delivering it to our new address. Everything from the initial contact of PODs to picking up the POD when we were done was excellent. Thank you, Jeff
Disorganized and no way to communicate. Well, I have a pod sitting at my house with no idea when or whether it will be picked up. We scheduled pick-up 4 days ago and got confirmation. We never recieved a pick-up time/window, so we attempted to call. Nobody local to talk to. The offshore call center is telling us they can't see the schedule and they can't reach the local operator. In the meantime, we have moving trucks and other work scheduled with this giant impediment in the way.
Wow this service was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled a pod to be delivered today. The window for delivery was 7:30-10:30am this morning. At 11am I called and was informed for the first time that the delivery window is not guaranteed and that it could be delivered any time today up until 6pm. At 6:30 my online account told me it was delivered…..it never was. When I called to try to understand the situation they barely had an explanation, offered nothing to help me out and said they’d try again on Monda... read more
Katie was absolutely fantastic. I can’t stress enough how impressive I am with how she set up my pod and made sure it was where I needed it. Katie is a stud, and should be the standard for pod delivery
