Used a pod from this location for my recent move and everything was wonderful. They installed and removed it quickly and the pod was in great condition. Communication was great as well and we were constantly informed of changes in pick up times etc. Their price beat all the other local places that I inquired to. I highly recommend this location!
No one at PODS is trained properly on charges/amounts. I had to be on the phone with a PODS associate almost every step of the way to correct their mistakes or confirm something (i.e.: incorrectly being charged amounts, constant delivery window changes, etc.) I'm relieved to be done with PODS and I'll never recommend them to other family members, friends, or colleagues.
The POD service was recommended. Had some doubts. But not anymore. This is a great idea. Everyone has been outstanding. Calls answered promptly and questions answered. Concerns cleared up. Donovan is the amazing! Now I know why this service is highly recommended. Thank you Donovan, you exceeded my expectations! Thanks everyone!
