Moving from Oyster Bay, NY to Park City, Utah. I chose PODS for the move and have been very impressed with the company so far. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact. The price was good and the communication was excellent. I had to change my delivery date and that was seamless. They called, emailed and texted me a few days prior to my delivery date, the day before and the morning of. They gave me a 3 hour window for my delivery time and arrived within the first half hour. Worst moving experience of my life. They confirmed the delivery of our pod to our new home on June 3rd. We banked on Pods following through on their delivery commitment. This was especially challenging because we have a 3 month old baby. They told us on the 3rd our POD would arrive in the afternoon, then early evening, then at night and then once each of the 3 times they sent us had come and gone, we got a call saying that there aren’t enough drivers at the warehouse (1 hour away) and that we were being rescheduled for June ... read more

Used a pod from this location for my recent move and everything was wonderful. They installed and removed it quickly and the pod was in great condition. Communication was great as well and we were constantly informed of changes in pick up times etc. Their price beat all the other local places that I inquired to. I highly recommend this location!
