Our pods driver that picked up our unit to take to storage, Karl was wonderful and our delivery driver that delivered the pod to our new home, Jason was wonderful as well.
Bob, the gentleman who picked up my unit, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and overall a breath of fresh air. Five stars, and then some. Detail oriented, and skillful. Helped me out a bunch. The only bad thing - which had nothing to do with Bob - was that PODS didn’t give me an advance window. So I only had about ten minutes advance warning. But Bob was flexible, which I really appreciated.
We moved from Texas to Missouri and John delivered one of our PODS to our new home. My husband was extremely picky about where to place the POD since a second one was to be delivered later. John was very patience and placed the POD exactly where my husband wanted it. John gave outstanding customer service!
A amazing man Marquis helped us move our pod out and did a great job with everything and handled with care. He was very well spoken and amazing attitude.
