Marquis was great to work with! He communicated his timing, and was exactly on time. He walked me through the pod and made sure I felt comfortable packing and next steps. Definitely made me feel good about using pods for moving my stuff long distance.
This is the most unprofessional corporation ! This pod was picked up from my residence on Nov 12th 2025 ! They misplaced the pod and kept insisting that I still had it and continued to charge me for it ! Today is Feb 13th 2026 and they notified me today that they picked it up ! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and their communication skills are dismal at best!
Very polite and efficient delivery person, Marquis, represented this company well.
Delivery and pick up was very easy to schedule. Marquis dropped the pod where we asked and we had no issues.
