Kathy, You had a service issue. I have used pods multiple times in the past. This time pods has repeatedly dropped the ball. I was scheduled for a pickup on Saturday. The driver did not pick it up claiming it was blocked. I have pictures and video to prove it. A long with witnesses, two of which even said they would move their car. The worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm running into issues with payment/cancelations after they've pulled $2950 from me. They called me and threatened to cancel my pod. I had a $2424.61 taken out of my account and then I had another amount taken out of my account because of a "pre-authorized" action. Either way it was paid in full and even with a bank statement/receipts/ and a invoice number all showing the amount was fully taken out of my account. I want to say I posted a bad review for customer service in the philippines. I want to say I think pods in clearwater, florida deserves a five star. I would use them again. I made a mistake and called the customer service at pod's.I should have calledJohn at the local number for my questions.
