Kathy, You had a service issue. I have used pods multiple times in the past. This time pods has repeatedly dropped the ball. I was scheduled for a pickup on Saturday. The driver did not pick it up claiming it was blocked. I have pictures and video to prove it. A long with witnesses, two of which even said they would move their car.
