I had a great experience using Pods and the delivery driver was thoughtful and helpful when giving the best advise to where to place the Pod.
A WARNING TO THE MEDICALLY FRAGILE COMMUNITY: When purchasing services from PODS, be aware that if you have medical equipment/devices, and/or medication that you are transporting and reliant on, PODS is completely unbothered and unempathetic to your needs. They have delayed my medication and equipment by over two weeks, even after I've escalated within their Customer Support and Advocacy department, explaining the urgency of the situation. I will be reaching out to the AAPD to file a formal complaint. BUYER BEWARE.
Great moving company to get all your moving needs done
I would leave a zero star rating if I could. Stay far away from PODS. They quoted me $5800.00!!
