6 am is 6 am, not 7 or 8. When the company says 6 am you'll get unloaded, this needs to be across the board, not every location does what they want. Especially when it comes to multiple deliveries with hours in between.
The move was ultimately smooth and event free. The only real issue I have is communication. Once started, you cannot contact PODS for questions or changes in a reasonable amount of time. Despite their claims of mulitple communication methods (text, chat, phone) none of them are dependable. I was frequently booted off the chat, or not even allowed to wait (when wait times are 2 hours or more, they will not let you wait, and hang up). This was my frustration. Edit to my review- I contacted the email and was able to gain access. Thanks. This review is for the concord location- I’ve scheduled an appointment online and gone to try to access my pod, but because the door is locked and no one answers the phone numbers on the door, I have not been able to access it twice. Pods please help me get my stuff!

Pete did a great job. Pods, not so much. They changed my pick up date at the last minute. Wait times for customer service over an hour & hard to understand several of the operators. But Pete was great. Thank you Pete!
