Do not believe what PODS SAYS , especially the"customer dispute advocate." They advocate for company ONLY and are as incompetent as agents!!! They refused to give us a refund or partial refund and only paid us $500 for our 140 mile trip to get pur belongings. For this, they tried to sneak in a NDA clause, which I refused to sign even if it cost me $500. This is one of the worst customer service occurrence in my lifetime and I am over 60. If i could give this company a negative five Stars (-5 Stars) I would. I booked the POD to be delivered almost two months ago. Today at 7am 12 hours after they charged my card (they called it a HOLD) they called stating they would not be able to deliver the POD due to the shrubs (from a Street Google picture) on either side of my driveway. The emails state that there needs to be a 12' clearance, and I have 13'. Nothing stated about shrubs that do not even cross the line of the driveway. If I could give this company 0 stars, I definitely would. We had a terrible experience with this company. They have no management and only a call center to get in contact with. We spent over 10 hours all together on the phone with them. When our pod arrived in Georgia, they said they could not deliver it because the door was messed up because of the way we packed it.
