This was there first time using PODS. The drivers were good. The communication was very reliable and timely. They adjusted well to some changes in dates. The pack and load service partner was excellent.
Marcelo made my first time PODS rental experience great. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Marcelo made sure I was comfortable with the delivery by calling ahead, arriving on time and answering all questions. It was a pleasant experience.
Like many others, I had a great delivery experience with Marcelo delivering the PODS container. Marcelo was very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. He skillfully positioned the container to the exact location where it was most beneficial for it to be, offering suggestions on advantages/disadvantages for different locations. My experience with PODS was very positive and I will continue to use their services. My only nitpick is with limitations with the website.
