We used PODS to move from St. Louis to Aurora, CO and every driver was very friendly and informative. We had to make a couple changes to our scheduled dates and it was easy. Every target was met by PODS. All our stuff arrived in the condition it was when we loaded the containers. I would easily use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Our experience with PODS was first rate from the first phone call to final pick up of our two PODS. There is such peace of mind knowing your household goods are secure as they traverse the US. Communications were excellent. We never worried about the status of our move. PODS is the move of the future!
Very positive experience. The phone and online help was helpful, I wasn't badgered or up-sold, the cost was reasonable, the drivers were helpful, on-time, and obviously knew what they were doing. Great work!
