Drop off was cool. Having to follow rules on how to pack it was even ok. What isn't ok is that we have to pay extra money on top of all the money we have paid for them to move to our new location and a fee to come pick it up when it was back empty. For a family of 5 and a single family household this is outrageous. We moved in on the 1st, I had the pod pick up scheduled for the next available date which was the 2nd. The drop off was excellent! The Pod was in the exact location requested, and I wasn't even there to supervise. All the contents in the Pod were strapped in exactly where I left them. The pick up was also excellent and my presence was not needed. Thank you!

We worked with four different gentleman for drop offs and pick ups and all four were quick efficient and very kind. I would recommend this company for state to state moves.

I have moved many times over the years but this is the first time I have used Pods. I love the idea of not driving a moving truck halfway across the country. Chris called me before he headed over to make sure he knew where to place the pod. I met him there and he talked to me about the best spot and then dropped it exactly where it needed to go. Chris was very personable and professional. This has been an excellent experience.
