I keep trying to speak to someone local here but there is only a 877 number to call. I am trying to get my moving set up but I need my storage location further away from my moving location and the people online can't help me whatsoever. Really disappointed that more customer service isnt a priority I've used PODS to move before and was really excited when the location of storage was right next to my work an hour from my moving location. Aron was great and very professional. He did a superb job.
Timely POD deliveries and pickups. Excellent communication throughout. POD drivers were excellent and helpful in POD placement and the care they took with my belongings. Way better experience than expected. Highly recommend.
Aron W was incredibly skilled. I had a very difficult spot for my drop off and Aron handled it like an absolute pro, an icon, a unit. There were freakin wires above the pod, a tight driveway, twists and turns. Aron is incredible & was so kind and communicative the whole time. Dude deserves a raise. I dunno what yall r paying him but freaking double it. Aron, if u see this, thank you again i am beyond grateful for your time and energy and care.
