Best thing about this place is the driver. Rather than assigning my POD be stored in NoPo (closer to my pick up/drop off location) the company assigned my POD to this location JUST outside the 20 mile radius requiring an additional ~$175 for delivery. Customer service told me, “yeah, I don’t know. Maybe next time…” 🫣 I am also supposed to get the Costco Executive Membership price but they couldn’t figure that out between the disjointed departments that apparently can’t communicate with each other. Moving to NWStorage.
The coordination of the pod gods to allow the first pod, emptied to be returned, and the second pod to be delivered into the same spot within an hour of each other was a stroke of master chest playing 3-D level Aron Was phenomenal, efficient and timely, especially in his communication and coordination with Benjamin the prior pod pick up 10 out of 10 five stars in Christmas morning is salvaged because of the long hours and hard work. Both these men played in our world.!!
Had a POD dropped off for a couple months while doing a renovation project. Great to be able to have it in the driveway so we could shift stuff in and out as needed. Drivers were stellar and booking online was easy.
What a simple process! PODS really tasks the stress out of our move to Portland! And Aron W. did a great job of accommodating our difficult location. A real pro!
Very happy with PODS service, the drivers were very professional on each delivery. Love scheduling everything via the app.
