POD service was very adequate. Drivers helpful and friendly. Thank you.
I was lied to about getting same day service when I originally booked everything. The pod was dropped off and I was told they wouldn’t do same day pick up unless I paid an additional $200 despite this not being told me previously. It caused me to lose an entire morning and half of the afternoon during my limited time vacation. Not a scam company but the hidden fees are ridiculous. I do not recommend ever using this server. I’m doing moving trucks only as I should have done and listened to people with more sense.
Thank you Zoey! Your execution was flawless on the POD you picked up today.
Communication and the process were well organized and implemented. Very nice drivers with helpful tips.
