We just used PODS for the first time and it was a wonderful experience for an across the country move. The drivers at both ends were patient and helpful. Thanks especially to Tate. The website worked well and customer service was great! We just became PODS fans.

My housemates and I recently moved with PODs and had a very helpful experience with our PODs staff. We had an issue regarding needing our POD unexpectedly moved but not having any online availability to do so. Thanks to Nick who so kindly greeted us at the warehouse and directed us to the office, Dan who gave us the market manager's number to make the request directly, and Jim Dunham who graciously reworked the schedule to accommodate us, we got the POD moved on the timeline we needed.
