I was shocked at what a great value Pods is and how great the customer service was at all levels- drivers, website, phone help, etc. . It was 1 part of a difficult move that went flawlessly. -es
I was impressed with the attention to the communication on the arrival and the pick-up of the POD I rented. Becca was the driver who delivered the POD. She was professional and informative. not to mention friendly. Tate who picked up the POD showed that same professionalism and was very easy to talk with. Both drivers were excellent in the service they provided.
Good experience. Super easy to schedule everything online. Price is right. Nice to be able to pack up and move at your own pace. Would use PODS again if I needed to.
