It was a very icy and snowy day when we asked the Lexington facility to deliver our pod to our new home. Not many wanted to try the long journey except for a gentleman named Hugh. Not only did he deliver on time, it was delivered safe and sound! After we emptied the pod, we called for a pickup and we were told nothing was available for the day we asked for so we had to settle for a later day that week.
