My move was unexpected and very stressful. The POD arrived and the driver recommended I use straps to hold and secure my belongs. Six months later the POD was delivered to my new location, when I opened it everything was exactly as place and secure. I’m very pleased with my use of The POD container.
The men who delivered and picked up the pods were friendly, communicated, and did an excellent job
The PODzilla guys are GREAT and deserve a 5+ star rating. It's the sales and customer service team that needs help. First of all, I felt like the sales team jerked me along the entire time and NEVER gave me the full promotional price they advertised online. As for the customer service team, while always friendly, they were off-shore representative that had little to no authority to make certain changes...and GOOD LUCK trying to reach a US based rep.
