There was a PODS container on the driveway when I took possession of my home in Mesa, Arizona. During removal of the container, I personally witnessed the driver leave large swivel tire marks across the driveway. The damage occurred while I owned the property and was present at the home. I contacted PODS multiple times regarding the issue and attempted to resolve it professionally. Second time using them and still very happy with everything they did!
Our experiences with this facility used to be good, but they hired an awful front office employee who seems to be allergic to telling the truth, or being a decent person, and makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. AWFUL! :-(
Paid over $2400 for this service based on the delivery date that was communicated to me when booking. After relocating, I was suddenly informed that the earliest possible delivery date for my belongings is over TWO WEEKS later than the guarenteed delivery date because I apparently needed to “schedule delivery” separately — something that was never explained during the booking process.
