The delivery, pickup, and arrival at the new location was seamless. All items in the pod arrived intact. The scheduling was easy and went well.
1/5 because I am unable to automatically rate it as 0/5 stars. Our POD delivery was cancelled during the actual delivery timeframe that was originally scheduled at least a month in advance. We were told the delivery would be rescheduled 2 days later due to a reported "overbooking" of units. Not only this, the notification was via email (of all communication methods) during a time when most businesses were closing for the day. Alan and Antwaan were really great!! They did a an awesome job and answered all my questions with a smile. Great customer service which is very hard to find. I hope to see them again for my pickup. Excellent!!!
A good experience with arranging and setting up delivery and pick up. Driver Mike Booker took a challenging situation and made it look easy, he made the whole experience 100% positive!
