I requested an online quote through the website 3 times and never got a call back. I had to call the company directly, which is fine, however it shouldn't be advertised on the website if no one will ever contact me. The price for the 8 foot container (especially with the Costco discount) is the best available for Hawaii. If I could, I would give it zero stars. My container was picked up on October 7 and arrived on November 6. Despite the fact that it arrived in accordance with the contract, their inspection and regulations prevented me from picking up my belongings, so I had to wait until 11/11 as instructed by their email. When my spouse and I expressed our worries about being charged a second month, they assured us that there was a three-day grace period on working business days. Very convenient! Easy to reserve and was very happy with my overall experience. Price point was good too.
I’m 80 years old and was dreading this move but with friendly movers and a POD, it was all accomplished very well!
The drivers upon drop off and pick up of my POD were really good at communication, the telephone people not so much, the communication for the unloading in Hilo were excellent
