Excellent service. Made the whole moving and storing experience so much easier
Pathetic service and zero communication. They were very proactive to deliver the container and then pick up the container from nybplave but after that I feel I have been held hostage without any clear answer from them!! I chose pods because of it being a reputed corporate company. They have no idea of what they are doing and misrepresent what they are doing!! Never ever use them that will be my advice!
Unbelievable phone experience to try to get a quote! First, I'm told my my postal quote is in a remote area so they can't give me a quote. The postal code given was Downtown Vancouver!! When they search by address, they agreed, that it is not a remote area, but that the address is in a different city: Vancouver. I asked them to clarify and they say it's not in "Downtown Vancouver, there is no city called downtown vancouver". After spending hours booking and confirming, payment was received, and their online portal showed everything was in order. A few days later, they refused delivery to downtown Vancouver, despite us having a street permit and security. They didn't send a cancellation email as they promised over the phone, and removed all records from their portal. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would avoid them at all cost!
