This is now week five waiting for arrival of my belongings. It's impossible to get any status or time estimate on arrival. I keep being promised phone calls that never arrive, emails that never arrive. But I'm sure they're going to bill me for "storage" for the time that I'm waiting without any information. AND despite this response from “social media” STILL no email or call from the teams who’ve said they’d be calling and when I speak to anyone, they promise they’re sending emails to the warehouse or logistics… but still no... read more
Jeffrey was awesome. Super nice guy. My POD delivery area was a bit difficult due to a lot of roots pushing up from under the street, but he put blocks underneath so it was level, and made sure I was happy with the location of it. Very happy with the delivery process!
