Jeffery showed up right on time & placed our pod in a great location, even though we didn’t have a designated driveway to park it in. He worked quick and was incredibly professional & friendly. I’m glad we chose pods to handle transporting our stuff!
PODS is not a Canadian company, so if that matters, look elsewhere. This only matters insofar as contacting them is a hassle: you’ll be routed every time you call because you’ll get an American agent and then have to tell them to forward you to a Canadian. If you have a service in an apartment/condo without a driveway/lawn and limited street vacancy, you’re in for a treat: you’ll be routed at least twice, possibly as many as 5 times as you get bounced back and forth from Canada to US, being told, “Oh you’re in Canada, I have... read more
Jeffery was on time and courteous and professional. He dropped our container exactly where we wanted it. I hope our pick up and drop off go as smoothly as today’s drop off was.
