We recently used PODS to help move our mom. Overall, the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, there was one major issue that significantly impacted an already stressful move. When I booked the service online, I arranged for delivery, storage, and final delivery to the new address. During the booking process, I entered both the old and new addresses without any issues. PODS storage first time using it and moving from house to apt. Put in a request for call back on more details and I got a callback from Jerry on Jun 19. He was very thorough in answering all my questions. Even the preauthorization was setup over a secured line. The MyPODs app is easy to use. I arranged the drop off and the guy Lipreet that dropped off the POD was very professional and efficient in unloading the POD while answering my questions. I am happy with the service and the cost is very reasonable.
