PODS offer no communication whatsoever when you are a client. There only location in Calgary is locked off to the public and it takes hours to have an agent online answer your questions or take a call or chat!
We are using Pods for our move & just had Ronnie drop off our pod - he was prompt, efficient, and navigated our driveway with ease. Was a pleasant surprise this morning to have such a positive interaction with a driver! Great work, Ronnie!
