Drop off and pick up went great. POD was placed perfectly in the back area of my lot where my office is. Special thanks to Olamide the pick up driver who skills with the Podzilla are second to none. Very impressing work when he picked up the unit.
Olamide. A. delivered our POD to downtown Toronto in a very tight space and did such an amazing job. He was fantastic to deal with and I wish I could give 7 stars.
Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Booked pod well in advance and day of delivery, an hour before it was scheduled to be dropped off we were told they didn’t have enough pods to fill our order. Our delivery was then delayed by a few days jeopardizing our closing date so we had to pay movers. Submitting a claim with them to get even a small refund was and still is a nightmare. Still waiting to have it resolved. Better to look elsewhere for moving support.
We loaded our pods in the winter at the end of January after a huge snowstorm. The team was incredible getting to us on time and picking up our pods. The delivery at the other end was in September. Everything arrived in perfect condition, even with a few pieces rattling around. The drivers at both ends were professional and courteous.
I just had my POD container delivered by, my driver, Jay. Jay was so pleasant, respectful, responsible, and professional. Initially, to be honest, I was afraid of the delivery process but Jay made the experience so calming. He was able to place the container EXACTLY were I wanted it. When I need to have the container returned, I am definitely requesting that Jay is scheduled for the pickup. I am so pleased and highly recommend Jay.
