Our delivery with Pods was super smooth, thanks to our delivery man named Paul. He called us before arriving and let us know when he will arrive. He stopped his truck and listened to where exactly we want the pod to land. He even gave me a tour inside and gave me some tips on how to put things in. Thank you Paul!
This was the first time I have used PODS and it was so easy. I booked by phone, and the agent was knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the process and got me the best price with discounts. I had one issue beforehand with a change in the size of pod, and both the virtual chat and customer service were great. They were both quick to answer and help me through the issue. We had a great experience! James was amazing to deal with and we appreciated his communication. Would definitely recommend PODS.
Just had my PODS storage container dropped off at my house. So far my experience has been very good. Pricing is competitive, great communication and friendly staff. James dropped off my container and it was a difficult install. He was friendly and did an amazing job to meet my requests to place the container. Have not had a complete experience (container returned) but so far great job!!!
James was Key to making this a great experience. Was a little difficult for my placement but James worked until he got it perfect. Thank you.
