Website was a breeze to navigate and book from. They sent follow up emails and text prior to delivery as a courtesy to ensure my plans hadn’t changed. They reached out the day prior to the delivery and set out a reasonable time window for delivery - which they kept! And the driver, Ricky, he was absolutely fantastic! He called me just prior to drop off to address any concerns I might have had. He arrived when he said he would and was a pleasure to deal with. We have used PODS 4 times so far, and each one has gone perfectly well. Excellent communications, POD delivered to the right spot, and pickup as scheduled. James did our last drop-off and pickup and everything was very smooth. Great communications and a great job. Thanks!
