We had an excellent moving experience. PODS offers a compelling and professional service with convenience to adjust timing, and careful & clean transportation. Technicians, Paul in Calgary and JC in Edmonton demonstrated precision, care, and kindness during our move.
Compared 3 storage container companies and PODS came out on top for pricing. Call center experience and follow up emails was excellent. No upsetting pressure from agent. Quality of the storage POD is great, we are using a 12x8x8 container which fits perfectly in our front parking pad. Delivery driver James was super diligent about making sure none of concrete patio blocks or retaining walls were damaged, communication with James day of delivery was excellent. Excellent experience with PODS.
