I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Sam, the PODS truck driver. He came twice, and both times he was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. Generally, the work was completed ok although the truck the movers used was just barely big enough. Our furniture had to be juggled into place so it would fit therefore, some glass was broken, some furniture was scratched and edges scraped, also one piece of a cabinet was lost. Because Panneton doesn't gaurentee glass and mirrors, we cannot ask for compensation. Also, there is a $250.00 deductable therefore we again cannot get compensation. I thought they were professional but I wouldn't recommend them

Quelle belle expérience ! Sérieusement : c'est tellement bien organisé Autant pour la service de réservation que de suivi ! Tout a été parfait ! Et omg: les conducteurs Ron et PA qui sont venus porter le storage et le chercher sont parfaits. Gentil souriant affable et généreux ils ont accepté de prendre plus de temps pour que la porte donne exactement là où je le voulais! J'ai été sincèrement impressionné par leurs services à la cliente impeccable ! À recommander grandement ! Merci infiniment pour tout encore une fois !
