We had a pod delivered this morning to our home. Our driver, Jonathan D. Was very professional through out the process. I received a call advising that he was on his way and provided an ETA that was right on. He met me at the site, discussed placement and unloaded it. I was provided with an excellent lock to secure the unit and shown how to use it. The pod was in great shape, very clean and water/weather proof. The latch slides cleanly and the door opens with little effort. Thank you for your service today.
PODS service emailed me reminders and a confirmation call to firm up details. I thought this was very helpful. Edes the driver, called me the morning of delivery, maybe 30 mins or so before delivery. After a brief introduction, he set to work right away! Very pleased with service! Thank you!
