The worst company ever!!! Please do not hire. I got quoted at $700 for 2 pods including 1 month of storage. They have charged my card 6 times. They took over $1800 out. Every time i call they have different stories and tell me they will reimburse. Haven’t got nothing from them. The pods have been sitting empty in my driveway and they do not pick them up. Because of this I can’t have my appliances delivered because it’s blocking the way. Please hire someone else!!!
Their dropping off schedule is awful, ended up getting a UHal to get my stuff out of the pod.
Matt and Chris J. were both excellent drivers that delivered our PODS very efficiently and placed them exactly where requested. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Gale at the main office and Pascal at Ottawa dispatch for making miracles happen when there was a scheduling mishap. Thanks all for your help! Would absolutely use PODS again for moving and storage needs.
