PODS driver MATT was extremely helpful and friendly. I was so relieved. Everything went very smoothly!
I really like the idea of using a container for moving. Overall the experience was great. I was VERY disappointed though to see that my POD had tiny one centimeter eye screws for lashing and rigging, and even then not enough of them. Their website shows large diameter steel rings. As it was, I I had a lot of difficulty securing the load as I was only able to put one relatively thin line into each eye ring. I was fine but only because I have good strong ropes, (most do not) and I am good at lashing and rigging.
Excellent drop off. Right on time.
