Great service from Scott. On time and fast setup!
I used them for the first time yesterday. Booking was easy. Payment withdrawn was the expected amount. The driver showed up in the "time window" given. Scott was fantastic. There was a little mix up with the direction the Pod needed to face as it wasn't a driveway but visitors parking..I think that skewed the original placement on the truck. Scott turned it around as we had room to manouver. He was an amazing team player. We figured it out, put a plan in action and got it done as needed. No complaints, let's figure it out. G... read more
PODS Team and the delivery driver Scott did a great job, took care not to damage my recently overseeing lawn in the wet. Clear communications, efficient process and overall great experience.
We ordered a Pod and I ordered the wrong size I talked to the driver Danny and he had no problem running back to there yard and getting me a better sized unit for my stuff and bringing it back within the hour! Experiences like this and good drivers like Danny take a lot of the stress off of moving
