My experience with pods was excellent. Their customer service over the phone was efficient deliveries came usually sooner than you planned them to be there. The delivery drivers were very accommodating and and friendly. I would recommend pods to anybody who’s planning a move. I’d like to mention Jeffrey from the Abbotsford BC depot. Very nice guy, informative and accommodating. I would use PODS AGAIN FOR SURE !! Steve

Exactly what I needed while I moved. Jeffery was a pro picking up the pod in a tough spot.
We had a great experience on our 1st try with PODS. They were able to secure a unit to be dropped off on our driveway with 3 days notice. Excellent customer service from the call center. The driver, Jeffrey, was polite and careful with the dropoff. Great job by the team at PODS!
My Grandmother suffered elder abuse at the hands of a family member. PODS came and took and all her stuff away, and when my Mother tried to get the items back, even offering to PAY FOR IT, they refused. She phoned three times. My Mother has NOTHING from her Mother now. NOTHING. All because this company would rather make money off the sale of my Grandmother’s items. I can’t think of another reason why they would deny my Mother the chance to pay for all the outstanding costs. Disgusting and zero empathy.
