I would NOT recommend. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a HUMAN Being to talk with. I had 2 minor questions. (I had received conflicting emails for the pick up time, and a question about something on the bill.) ONCE i jumped through all the hoops and was finally connected allegedly to a human being, i had to communicate through text. IT WOULD HAVE been faster and easier if i had been able to talk LIVE to the "human".

Excellent delivery and pickup experience. Both drivers were on time and kept me apprised of any changes in schedule. Friendly and very capable.

Received a quote that was missing the military discount portion. I called to update it and was quoted thousands more by applying the military discount... was told because they had to add the street address to the quote instead of just the zip code although both are small towns with one zip code so I'm not sure how that would make a difference. Also getting a quote is an annoying, time sucking process. Never used them but they don't seem to stand behind their quotes. I've used upack before and their process is much more trans... read more

I order the top of the line RF 16' POD. It was to be delivered yesterday, but the wooden, local-type POD is what the driver, Anthony, was to deliver. Not his fault. This POD was what he was given to deliver. I explained what I ordered, and that I was refusing this POD. I wanted the top of the line for my stuff headed to Florida, not across town. He completely understood and stated he would return after lunch with the correct POD. Anthony was there about 4pm with the correct POD. He dropped it right where I wanted it. His pro... read more
