I’ve used PODS many times and they’ve never failed me! I’ve been able to work with great representatives. No hidden fees
Great first experience using PODS from CO to Wash DC. All went smooth. The only glitch was when we went to pickup the PODS contents at a warehouse in MD, the POD was not ready (placed outside) even though we confirmed the day/time as expected. The agent at the warehouse helped us and brought out the POD but it was a delay of 30-40 min. Overall great experience.
