This is the 2nd time in 6 years that I have used Pods for an interstate move. The service is convenient and cost effective. The driver (Anthony Diggs) delivered my cargo and picked up the empty Pod. He arrived within the estimated timeframe and demonstrated excellent driving skills, and is the best I have seen in maneuvering the 4 wheel lift to complete both the delivery and pick-up w/o damaging the lawn. I will certainly use Pods in the future for moving and storage.
My driver Anthony Diggs was very prossional, knowledgeable, courteous and went the extra mile to assure my satisfaction with his service. Anthony should be recognize as a model for your other drivers and service providers.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company!! They were late, rescheduled twice and charged me for their delay. My furniture was held hostage and nobody could help only collect.
The reason I gave three stars was because of the terrible communications & logistical experience i received with the corporate office and the callcenters. I really could not get the Local office on the phone when deadlines and appointments were not met. This happened, several times. The reason why I didn’t give one star was because of the outstanding work of the drivers; who I would give five stars, without hesitation. Customer experience with PODs has been outstanding. From placing the order to delivery and final pickup. Communication clear and concise. I would recommend them in the future.
