The process was so easy. The customer service representative was very helpful when making the reservation for the POD. They keep us updated all along the way, via email and text. There are no hidden fees. You are given a detailed invoice before receiving the PODS. We are using the PODS for a long distance move. I love that the cost is spread over each segment of the move beginning with the drop off to the delivery of the Pod at the final destination.
