Our experience with PODS was okay. The POD was delivered a day later, so we had to rush to get things stored before pick up day. As for the driver Malik, he was phenomenal. He was courteous and extremely helpful when he dropped off and picked up the POD.
Manuel Serrano was a great driver and very friendly
Scheduling with PODS online was easy. They confirmed several times prior to delivery of the storage pod to my residence. The evening before delivery, they notified me of the approximate delivery time. Approximately a half an hour before delivery, the driver called inquiring about positioning of the pod. Upon arrival, the driver Malik Oxley was courteous, pleasant and professional. Thanks PODS Moving & Storage.
