Every step of the way has been so professional. I have been working with Brad, and he has been very kind and extremely helpful. I ended up switching my POD to a different size, and the process to swap for a larger size has been so seamless. This is helping my long-distance move to Texas so much less stressful.
The delivery was great. It came within the time window, and Calvin, who delivered the POD was amazing! He was so kind and thoughtful.
