I went with Pods because I could pack & load at my own pace. I had Pod delivered 6 days before my move. Reserving the Pod took a lot of time on the phone but was delivered when it was supposed to be. However pick up was delayed which put a lot of stress on me as I was supposed to be out of my house due to closing. Pods requires you to keep approving the next move of the Pod. Did not honor dates of quote, the container was picked up empty because the HOA would not allow to sit on property 10 days for first available pickup. I scheduled drop on 8/11, pick up & move to new location on 8/13. I was unable to complete the move I traveled from Miami, & now the family that was counting on unloading container this weekend is inconvenienced as well.No customer service, just an offshore call center who was no help at all.
