First of all, the communication is HORRIBLE. There are major system delays and the agents never had the same answers or the correct information for delivery windows, delivery dates, etc. I spent 4+ hours and multiple phone calls during a cross country move trying to get answers to questions and always a fight to get to speak to a supervisor. My POD arrived 4 days early with no prior notification. I received a call from the delivery driver 30 mins before he dropped off the pod for redelivery. Redelivery was scheduled for July... read more
