Great work
Richard, the pick-up driver was great! Professional, efficient and kind. Definitely a can do attitude! A truck was parked nearby and due to a dead battery was unable to be moved. Richard maneuvered his truck in a competent manner and made it happen. A smooth ending to a very stressful situation (house flooded in June) . Than you again Richard!
Service requested - good. Quality of the pod - good. Value - reasonable, but the delivery placement and care depend upon the driver's experience. They DO NOT honor legitimate, proven claims. We are left with damaged goods, and a destroyed expensive TV. Be wary when doing business with this company. Around the beginning of July (2025) we signed a contract with this company to deliver 4 pod units for us to use during our move. Everything went well with the first 3 pods.
