Thank you PODS for resolving this issue. I’m highly disappointed with the lack of flexibility in PODS' pricing and customer service. After booking a unit- I found a new quote online that was over $120 cheaper. When I contacted them multiple times to resolve the price difference or assist with a cancellation, I received no helpful support. Consequently, I am having to cancel my current POD and rebook a new one to secure the lower rate and save my family hundreds of dollars. Martin did an exceptional job placing my container! Perfect! Fast, friendly and precise. I couldn’t ask for anything more
With the help of a lot of friends, I had to move from my 4 bedroom house to a one bedroom mobile, home from East Coast to West Coast we managed to get most of my stuff into the smallest pod they had! I don't think we could have gotten a cotton ball in there after we were done!
