Do not deal with Pods! They do not deliver as promised & they leave you hanging to where you have to call to find out where your Pod is. When trying to speak with a supervisor for an hour & a supervisor wouldn't get on phone! Then My Husband was told by a woman manager in the warehouse that We'd get a $100 credit for our issues with not getting the pod on the day it was scheduled! Then as I push the issue up the chain of command, they only want to give me $41 in credit on my account! Where's the other $59 credit? Very unprof... read more
Great experience! Good communication. I needed to store the contents of my home for 30 days before moving into a new place. Everything ran smoothly. Drivers were great and they made the container placement look so easy! Would definitely recommend!
Delivery guy was a class act. He had some tips that really came in useful including placement and he helped tilt it a bit when the door was stuck from all the stuff I had packed into it. He helped me open the door as well and was just very polite overall, a very pleasant experience.
Omgosh Mr. Hicks was the best! Called to give us a heads up on delivery, patiently talked us thru drop-off with recommendations, and got the job done with a smile on his face. So grateful!!
