Shout out to Jacob, the driver who picked up our pod for the final return. He was super friendly and professional. Thank you for making sure the final step of this process went smoothly and stress free.
This place is very poor. The work efficiency is low. I don't recommend coming here.
Driver was extremely communicative and gave me all of the planning factors I needed to be ready to go. Customer service was incredible. The driver D. Hicks did a great job getting it turned around for me and put into place in no time. Even took the time to turn it around and face the door toward house for me. Cheaper and WAY better than renting a truck for yourself. I've done both and this is the way to go.
Jacob did such a great job unloading our POD and ensuring the doors opened since things shifted in the move. He was very friendly too.
In Virginia, James and Jacob did an amazing job on the drop off and pick up. Jacob was very smooth with the lifting and assembling. Extremely friendly, professional, and timely. I’m very appreciative of both of them as well as their support staff Lemond, Kenny, and Dimeco. I would not hesitate to ask for them all again. This container was 8x8x8 and was perfect for my daughter’s college apartment move. I took photos to show everyone how Jacob mastered the day!
