This is a shout out to Derek the warehouse manager at the pods in Hampton Virginia. I'm a truck driver I pick up and deliver it this location always have fast friendly service. He is always good for laugh.
Horrible experience. There is no way to get in touch with anyone local and coming from the actual facility. We ordered ours weeks in advance and the POD was delivered 5 days late due to "driver limitations." We weren't given advance notice. Fast forward to pickup and move time and our date was pushed back by a day due to "scheduling issues." The container itself is rickety and missing fasteners. So far not great. My initial call to set up and schedule service was great but since then… poor communication and threatening emails and no accountability. I have received no less than 10 emails and text messages to confirm service, threatening additional fees if I don’t. I have, repeatedly, yet it does not stop. Agent on the phone told me confirmation calls and emails do not stop regardless if you’ve confirmed and just get over it.
