Great shipper. Derek is awesome. I called half an hour ahead. I gave Derek my trip number on the phone and he was ready when I arrived. First box already in the air when I was backing in. He had me loaded 5 min after setting my brakes. I wish all shippers had this amount of efficiency. To top it off, friendliness and professionalism at a 10. Thank you.

PODS in Hampton, Virginia did me wrong! I have sold my house, And set up pod delivery way in advance So I could have everything out of the house before the closing date. The first pod was delivered and picked up without any problems. My second pod was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday before a Monday closing date for the new owners. On that Thursday, my delivery window changed twice. Then pods completely rescheduled the delivery for a week later!!! Had issues with the overseas call center phone customer service. Drove down to the warehouse and had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Derek. Phenomenal guy, most helpful person you could ask for, especially considering he probably doesnt get blind-sided by customers often.
