While this is rating just the Milwaukee services, my overall experience was fantastic. From booking through POD pickup, communication was clear and timely. Everyone we talked to either via chat or by phone was very polite and knowledgeable. Honestly, in this day and age, where so much is automated through AI agents, I have to commend PODS for not losing sight of the customer experience. Great experience using PODS for the first time. I was able to store all my garage contents for my move to a new home and the entire process of dropping off and picking up the pod was seamless. The email and driver communication was excellent and it was great to manage the delivery/pickup process online and modify dates as needed. The PODS drivers were courteous and respectful of the placement of the POD in my driveway. I would highly recommend PODS for your storage needs for your next home move!
