PODS drivers are awesome. PODS corporate messed up. Didnt pickup my POD for 5 days after the agreed upon date.
Everything went well except I ordered at 12' and they delivered at 16' it did create an inconvenience, as I ordered the 12' because of the space and area need for the project I was doing. They did offer to deliver the correct size but would not be delivered that day, which was a problem as I ordered if for the day I needed it.
My driver, Noel, was very helpful in delivering my 16ft POD to my apartment. He called me about 15 minutes before delivering the POD and did a great job with the instructions I gave him. He was very patient and communicated clearly, helping me visualize what the delivery would look like. He was okay with a little uncertainty since my apartment complex is new and there is a lot of construction close by. My POD was placed close to the entrance of my door and he kept it stable as it was lowered to the ground.
The two pod delivery technicians Noel and Caleb were excellent at helping us orient our Two 16 x 8' pods. We have an unusual set up here, and both were able to guide us to position our two 8x16' storage pods within their delivery constraints and our needs.
