The Mobile, AL PODs crew was great. Our driver, Mike, was friendly and on time! He handled dropping off and picking up our pod as scheduled with no delays. I highly recommend this PODs team!
I contracted under a promo and was charged full price times 2 (yes, over $1000 for one month) so I had to call for a refund. It happens, I get it but that was only the start of a consistent issue. I had to call EVERY time I renewed for another month because they double charged me each time even though each time they assured me they made notes so it wouldn’t happen again. Mike delivered our POD today and he did an exceptional job, he dropped the POD on the concrete softer than I sit on my bed. I got the chance to speak to him and he’s a great guy. He was very professional & kind and he’s certainly an asset to the company.
