Did not deliver on the correct day, despite warnings and rescheduling, and almost cost us an extra week of closing time on our house. Overall PODS service beyond local delivery was really great.

My issue is they give the dimensions of their containers as 15’ x 8’ x 8’ on their website. That is completely incorrect. The opening width is 6’ 7” and height is 6’ 2”. Even measuring the outside it is not 8’ x 8’. You can see in the pictures the proof. Bad company. Even though on the same day I told them to pick back up their container because the dimensions were wrong and I couldn’t use it and canceled with them. Excellent services from PODS. After a flood, it was so convenient to have a storage container right outside my door on my driveway. I didn’t have to rent a truck or storage unit or worry about getting friends to transport household furniture and items.

Excellent service. Professional driver used care with placing pod. Recommend using PODS for ease in moving.
