I reserved a pod over a month ago thinking it would be convenient considering we’re moving 1500+ miles with needing storage selling our house and being able to afford a new house at our next location. If I did business like this company I’d be out of a job. I was on the phone over ten times trying to figure out when this pod would be delivered to my home so I could fill it up. Sabrina was our driver who delivered our PODs to our new home. She encountered a placement issue as there wasn't enough room, but she quickly developed a plan and communicated with us immediately to gain our acceptance. Super helpful and not even one item was damaged after unpacking everything. Would highly recommend.
Excellent job all around, from LA to Washington State, very good!!! I liked the fact there was a woman employed as a driver for pick up and delivery. More, the diversity of the drivers was heartwarming and appropriate. More women and minorities should be employed at all levels. Impressed by them all and want PODS to understand how important this aspect of business is. Highly recommended.
Hector is the best! He got our POD dropped without issue! Somebody give this man a raise! Giving him the 5 stars!! The company is great for cross country moves. Definitely saved us a lot of headaches. My only issue is that our pod arrived in Portland to the storage facility and I was not notified. Thankfully I called them everyday to inquire on ETA and they were able to send it out for the next day. We were also charged an additional $2k for a second pod that we did not use.
