Great experience from start to finish! Ordered two 8ft PODS at different times for cross-country move. Both drivers were efficient and professional and made quick work of delivery and pickup. Transportation was excellent, no damage at all to the items packed in the PODS. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering moving or storing options.
Overall, easy move, convenient and timely POD delivery and pickup, helpful phone agents for initial scheduling and some schedule changes.
I used PODS for a move from Florida to Washington state. It wasn't cheap, but it was the best price for the same type of service. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I admit I didn't pack the pod as well as I could have (only filled it about halfway, then lay a few shelves across the top of the boxes), but nothing was broken when it arrived. It was all dry and safe, and I'm so thankful that they made my move a lot easier than it could have been! Highly recommended!
Great service- drivers are fantastic!! It was a great solution to our temporary storage needed.
The guy in the office needs to learn how to talk to people. Something should be done about him.
