Great experience from start to finish
Rico was very helpful and kind! Very quick with everything once we arrived to PODS location. Unfortunately cannot have it delivered to my home in Dallas for some reason… but that’s a Dallas county problem not PODS. Glad Rico was there to help!
First time experience with this type of moving service cross country. I would do it again but probably go thru a different provider. So I would be careful to think through your expectations. The POD itself worked well with proper planning and tie downs everywhere (and a dozen of hanging moisture removing bags). A PODS truck ran over my lawn and severely damaged it, causing it to die and creating a deep hole with a landscaping rock I had there. I promptly reported this on 5/12 the same day it happened. Here we are, 7/13, and they still have not arranged to pay for the lawn repair. I have called them at least 4 times, and I’ve emailed multiple representatives including Matthew Hummingbird for an update or resolution and I still have no answers. What a complete lack of accountability and care.
