Salvatore has been my delivery/ pickup guy twice and both times, he was prompt, professional, communicated effectively, and listened well when I had instructions or questions. Highly recommend
Absolutely losing my mind dealing with the company. Theyve cancelled my delivery twice because they say I haven't submitted a Spongy Moth form but when I call customer service they can see the form was submitted on the 14th and 22nd. But yet again, even though they have the form I received an email stating "we need this form" so I called customer service AGAIN and was told that the form is on the account and to disregard because it was just automated.
