Great drivers in both ends
Had a few bumps in the road as far as how quickly we were able to get our POD moved across state lines. It was not correctly communicated up front what the timeline would be from pickup to drop-off which is a vital bit of communication for planning purposes. For the sake of constructive criticism, I would say communication revolving around transit times needs to be clearer and more accurately communicated to the customer. Our delivery driver, Nick Torres, was outstanding! He showed up on time , even though the road to our house was still covered in snow, and was able to position the POD exactly where we needed it to make unloading a breeze. Thanks Nick!
