I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of service I received from PODS during my recent container rental. Unfortunately, I experienced several serious issues: 1. The container was leaking, and some of my belongings were damaged by water. 2. There were ants inside the container, which made the loading process extremely unpleasant. 3. This place has been great for us - we can book to see our Pod within a reasonable time frame, and the area is safe/clean. Thank you Ricco Stough for taking good care of our things and making us feel safe and attended to during our visit(s).
Nick did an awesome job delivering our POD! We have a gated driveway and he maneuvered the POD in beautifully!
