Pods caused a hole in the centre where of the Dallas Animal shelter and left all the animals displaced for months … still has not fixed it in this intense heat!! Never use this company that is heartless, morally bankrupt and doesn’t care about anything but money.
My POD driver Nick Torres was the absolute best. He helped me get it all set up perfectly. Very respectful!
Nick Torres did an awesome job maneuvering the 16 ft pod into a tight space. Would love to request him for the pickup and next delivery. He was super friendly and answered all our questions.
Both my drivers, Werner, who delivered the Pod, and Nick Torres, who picked it up, were amazing. Their skills at operating the proprietary equipment were remarkable. Courteous, careful and professional. I couldn’t have asked for more.
My first pod delivery and pickup went fine. My second pod was delivered to my driveway backward, door facing the street instead of the garage on a downward slope. I selected the option to have the door facing the house AND texted the driver, Kia, the same instructions and it was still dropped off backwards. My husband happened to be passing the driver on his way home and let me know of the issue so I quickly called and texted the driver, no response.
