We had a fantastic experience using pods. We recently moved from a house we lived in for 25 years. We had 25 years of accumulated stuff we had to move. We checked into hiring movers but our budget wouldn't allow it. We decided to use a large pod for a portion of our larger items. Jim was our delivery driver. He brought the empty pod to our house. We just received delivery of our stored POD. The driver, Jim, called about 45 minutes ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. Placed the POD where we wanted it and made sure it opened before he was on his way to assist another customer.
