The entire process was very positive and I would even say excellent. I moved from Atlanta back to central Illinois and it was extremely smooth. Both ends of the move went well. The planning was easy and accurate. The drivers were great. Jim was notably professional. I really can't say enough. The estimates were spot-on which helps in the budgeting. Great Job PODS!
Bob was timely, efficient and polite. He actively helped me solve a small problem with my unit and instilled me with confidence in the care and attention the PODS handlers have. Highly recommend this service.
They are so helpful till you get your pods loaded, then they screw you. Wont deliver our 3 pods to our new home, and wont even deliver to nearby towns they have listed on their website as in their service area!! Yup towns close to our new home are listed right on their main page as in their service area, but they wont deliver to them. Their website is not updated they say. And no, they will not honor what their website says. They lie and do not care. Were elderly, and have 3 pods of stuff we have to drive an hour to load int... read more
Jim was fantastic! He communicated, was friendly & courteous. I also feel he took great care with the POD once it was loaded & he delivered it. I truly appreciate his wonderful customer service.
Great customer service getting everything setup for a very long move across country. The delivery service was spot on. I would recommend them hands down! Thank you
