Scott was amazingly helpful, going out of his way to make sure the PODS were put into the best possible spot. He even came a day early to get the PODS out of the driveway on Halloween.
Scott was very professional and friendly with our delivery. He called ahead of delivery to confirm the details and did exactly like we asked. Delivery had no issues.
Our experience with pods definitely has not been the greatest experience. There was a lack of communication from the online service side. Delays and no direction on when our POD would be delivered to our house. The guys who delivered the POD to our houses where amazing Scott in Peoria and Andy from Colorado Springs where quick and efficient arrived on time and made the experience worth it. Thank you to Scott and Andy
Scott was amazing! He called before each time he was set to arrive. Showed up timely and was professional and courteous. Made the receiving end of our move smooth and stress free. Scott was the best part of our move with PODS. Based on his service alone, I would recommend PODS in Peoria.
Bob was a huge help getting everything in place for our load up.
