Rick (Perrysburg, OH location) was great! I had an amazing experience during the container drop-off. He went the extra mile to ensure it was placed precisely in the designated location. He also provided helpful tips on how to secure the items inside and explained the potential issues if they weren't properly secured. Rick was very safety-conscious and methodical in how he maneuvered the container. Five Stars 😍
Javonk Hayward delivered my my POD and dropped it perfectly where I needed it making unloading a piece of cake. Is it pricey... absolutely, but overall PODs did a great job with the storage and transportation of our household items.
