I went to the PODS - RI Facility and was greeted by friendly smiling staff Murason showed me the 16foot POD that will be delivered The looking at the POD was helpful for me to gauge how much furniture/ boxes could be packed for a visual. Murason was the assistance I needed. Every phone rep I communicated with was helpful and I know if I have any issues, I can discuss with PODS
