I'm an Over the Road Truck Driver, on the Schneider Pods Account. This was my 1st visit to the Augusta location. I wasn't Familiar where I was supposed to Park to get off loaded.i called & Spoke to BOBBY SAYMAN, he was very polite & Professional, he put me exactly where he wanted me so he could expedite unloading my 2 PODS. I walked in and made my Self present. He greeted me with a Hand Shake & politely asked if he could make me a Cup of Coffee and pointed me to the restroom.
