Ivan our driver had great communication with us to ensure our pod was delivered to the correct spot at our location. He also did a good job retrieving our pod from our narrow driveway to take it to the new location.
Since using PODS four years ago to transport highly fragile items from El Paso, Texas to Huntsville, Alabama, I have been a strong and most vocal fan. But the recent relocation to South Carolina definitely increased my respect and admiration for the company because of their staff! I admit I was concerned initially due to the fact our POD would have to be stored for 2 months before unloading, and once again, it included highly irreplaceable and fragile items (including 4 handmade scale model ships made decades ago by my fathe... read more
