Don’t do it! The customer service is atrocious. Can’t get anyone to help you effectively. Pod was supposed to picked up at my house on the 18th. Mind you, this was scheduled weeks in advance (per THEIR Advertisement 😂). The storage facility is literally 15 minutes from my house! It obviously wasn’t picked up. No notice, alert, text, email….Nothing! I call wait for over an hour. Don’t even get me started on their inadequate AI chat or human chat feature. Dude “makes a note” to escalate it. Would rate this place 0 stars if I could. They don’t communicate with pods or vice versa. Each time you call pods you get someone who has no clue how to get in touch with the warehouse or what’s going on or how to offer any assistance other than apologizing for their company’s shortfalls. My move has been delayed 3 separate times now and there is no clear end in sight. They say they only deliver on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s yet have another attempted delivery for Saturday? Highly recommend PODS. Scheduling was easy and quick. POD was in perfect condition. We had a tight space to place it and both drivers were careful and accurate.
