Pricing and billing need to improve.
Bud was awesome and this was the simplest easiest and most secure process- what a great peace of mind we had knowing how PODS worked and knowing we had flexibility in a chaotic move
Our driver Arthur was AMAZING!! I was so blessed to have him as my driver for my drop off and pickups. He was smart, knowledgeable, gave recommendations and an all around great guy!
Staff that were involved in pod drop off and pick up were very polite, on time, called prior to coming and considerate of property. Arthur was one of the gentleman that picked up my pod he was very courteous to my personal property and very friendly.
This was great for us because we were remodeling our house. I would recommend you guys to my friends and family to use in the future
